  • No, I only offer virtual therapy sessions over a HIPAA compliant videoconferencing platform, SimplePractice.

  • No, my license limits my services to those who are located in the state of CA during time of our sessons.

  • In our first session, I'll begin an assessment by asking open-ended questions to understand what's affecting you. This process usually takes 1-3 sessions. Afterward, I'll give you feedback and suggest therapy options. If you agree, we'll then set goals together for your therapy.

  • Sessions typically occur weekly though can shift to every-other-week based on your goals, progress, and needs.

  • I do reserve a portion of slots in my practice for need-based reduced fee which ranges from $135-$180. Reach out to me to confirm availability of reduced fee slots.

  • I am in-network with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, Cigna and Evernorth, Health Net/MHN through Octave Behavioral Health. Please note that insurance plans with Medi-care/Medi-cal are not accepted at this time .

  • All major credit cards, Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Spending Account (HSA) cards are accepted. Payment is required at the time service is provided.

  • I require at least 24 hours' notice for canceling or rescheduling. Late cancelations (less than 24 hours) and missed sessions will be charged a $100 fee not reimbursed by insurance.

  • Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 9 AM-4 PM. Therapy sessions will occur within these days and times.
